The conditions below apply to any or all contracts for the purchase and delivery of products from camillapihl.com. The conditions may be revised. Please always read through the conditions before placing your order.

Once you accept a transaction with us, you’re also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your order confirmation, and it’s your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, resembling your name, e-mail address, postal address, and so forth is correct.

 

Disclaimer

Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS does not guarantee that all items included on the Camilla Pihl webshop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS will contact you by phone or by email. Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS cannot promise that the content of the site is always free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically canceled. Part of the services mediated through the site is maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

 

 

Payment

We use Klarna as our payment provider. Payment options include Pay later (invoice), Pay now, Financing, as well as Card payments.
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your account when placing the order and deducted when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

When choosing payment with an invoice, you do not pay for the products until you have received them.
The invoice will be sent by email, or you can go directly to the invoice through Klarna’s App or Klarna.no/com/se. You have 30 days to pay and Klarna AS is responsible for ensuring the invoice is paid. You can also find your invoice by logging on to klarna.no. When playing with an invoice, a credit check will be made of your personal details.

You are responsible to follow Klarna’s terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to “freeze” your invoice in Klarna if you are returning your product, this will stop your invoice from reaching its due date. If you do not freeze the invoice in Klarna, you run the risk of being charged a “Late payment fee” from Klarna. We will correct your invoice as soon as we have processed your return, and an updated payment request will be sent from Klarna. Please note that Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS cannot remove any “late payment fee” even if you have returned your order.

Prices and taxes
All prices including VAT. A carriage charge of NOK 99,- on all orders to a value of less than NOK 2000,- will be applied within Norway. And for all international orders, we are operating by a carriage charge of 19 EURO. We reserve the right to change our prices on any products and shipping prices.

Transport damage or undelivered package
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport you must let us know as soon as you discover any damage or loss. You can contact us at customercare@camillapihl.com

Valid returns
Return of a product is valid if the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received the product. Meaning all labels, price tags, etc. should be intact and attached (e.g., shoes must be returned with the original shoe box). Items with traces of make-up, stains, smell, or anything assuming that the product is used are not considered to be in original condition and cannot, therefore, be returned.
If we have made a mistake or if the fault is due to a production error, we will pay for shipping it back to us, but please note you are responsible to let us know through an email at customercare@camillapihlwear.no  if the product is damaged upon arrival and as soon as you have noticed.

 

Right of withdrawal
The Act on the Right of Withdrawal allows you to change your mind about the purchase made and free you from the contract without giving any reason. In this case, the consumer can return the products and get a refund of the amount paid.

The Act requires that you notify us of your decision to do so within 14 days of taking delivery (notice period). The package must then be returned to us within 14 days. If you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. We are obliged to refund the amount you have paid, excluding the shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product from you.

 

Open purchase
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day on which you place your order. As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed. If you change your mind after placing the order, you should collect the pack and return it to us.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed and not shipped. If Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS is aware that the order will be delayed, we will contact you concerning a new delivery date, you can then decide if you will wait for the item(s) or cancel the order. If the order is already shipped and is delayed because of shipment, you must collect the package and return it to us.

 

Uncollected packages
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is therefore unfortunately impossible to change/cancel an order once it has been shipped. Uncollected orders, and orders that are not delivered due to a lack of information/communication from the customer regarding delivery time or address, will be charged a fee of NOK 150/15 EURO to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs. The fee will either be deducted when handling your return or added to your invoice for unpaid invoices. Orders that are not picked up as described above, which are sent in automatic return to us, are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

 

Return of faulty items
If you receive faulty or damage items or want to complain about a Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS product, you must contact us by email as soon as you notice the damaged/faulty. Please include the order number you received by email and pictures/video showing the faulty. Your right to return faulty products lasts for 2 years. The right does not cover ordinary wear or faulty caused by you.

 

Abuse of purchase and return.

Unfortunately, we sometimes experience that a few customers exhibit abnormal buying behavior and buying patterns or where Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS offering a free return of orders is abused to the fullest. If Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS has reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, excessive pathological buying behavior on the part of the customer, we can use our right to use the clause «abuse of purchase and return». This contains high-frequency orders, order composition, return composition, excessive use of free delivery and returns during sales periods, or that the customer is a trader who trades for resale as a purpose. If we recognize any unacceptable buying behavior as described above, we use our right to suspend the relevant customers, and refuse, cancel or reject the order with reference to «abuse of purchase and return». This does not prevent customers from returning, but can in specific cases prevent customers from buying.

 

 

TRADEMARKS

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Camilla Pihl name and Camilla Pihl logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

 

LINKS

The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for the content or privacy policies of such sites.

 

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

 

VIOLATION OF RULES

Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

In the case of Force Majeure, Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters, or similar events. Under such circumstances, Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

 

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are compiled in accordance with Norwegian Law and the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Norway and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

 

 

ORDER POLICY

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Camilla Pihl Fashion Group AS products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

You have 14 days cancellation right, 2 years warranty. The amount will be deducted from your card ones the product has been ordered.
