Please note that the deadline for orders within Norway before Christmas is 19 December (Southern Norway) and 16 December (Northern Norway) before 11:00. During the holiday season (21.11-20.12), we offer free worldwide shipping and extended return which means you can return your order until 02.01.2023 even if it has surpassed the return period of 14 days.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 2000 NOK within Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark & Sweden). Rest of the world standard delivery cost is 25 Euro. There will be no additional import taxes on your order, only the corresponding delivery cost.
On all shipping to Møkster and Svalbard tax is included and will not be refunded. Please note we are currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
DELIVERY WITHIN NORWAY
Shipping with Posten Bring. We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery shipping cost is 99 NOK. Standard delivery is free for orders over 2000 NOK. During high season and sales, delivery might take a little longer time. Please notice that for all consignments that are delivered with Posten, you have a 7-day collection period. You can easily and free of charge extend the collection deadline from 7 to 14 days in the Posten app.

Shipping with DHL Express Worldwide.
Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.
DDP: Most countries* are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout price.
Europe: Delivery time: 2-7 working days*
Rest of the world: Delivery time: 3-10 working days*
*Kindly note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. Sometimes due to customs in the respective countries, the delivery times may be longer.
If your order was placed and processed successfully, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the email you stated in the order. Sometimes the order confirmation gets lost in the spam filter so please make sure to check out your spam or trash mail before contacting us.
Order Tracking: Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.
Within Norway, you can track your parcel trough the Posten app.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
- Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
- Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
- Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point
