RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that orders returned after 14 days are not valid returns.
During the holiday season, we offer an extended return period which means you can return your order until 02.01.2023 even if it has surpassed the return period of 14 days.
We offer free returns within Norway and free exchange worldwide on all full-price purchases. For return worldwide a shipping fee of 25 EURO /250 NOK will be added to your invoice when refunding the return. We currently can’t offer free returns and exchanges for items on sale and a return fee of 99 NOK within Norway will be added to returned sale orders.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant return period above. If you try to make a return, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and kindly ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Please note the following:
- All purchases made online on camillapihl.com must be returned back to our warehouse. We will not accept online purchases to be returned in any physical store.
- Please note that If you do not follow our return instructions we cannot guarantee that your return will be received at our warehouse. Only returns received at our warehouse can be refunded.
- When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you keep the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging, and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return; please see the important information section below for a complete list of criteria.
To make a return, please register your return here. When you have submitted your return form, you will get a pre-paid return label. Print out this return label and stick the label on the outside of the package. Remember to seal the package properly.
Deliver your return to your local Posten/Bring office. Remember to ask for your return receipt with the tracking number, or else Camilla Pihl will not be responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse.
In advance of the return, please contact [email protected] with your return request. We kindly ask you to attach your order number in the email. After notifying us, we would ask you to follow these steps:
1– Once your return has been approved you will receive a return-shipping label.
2– Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Print and fill out the return form sent to you by mail and put this along with the product. NB: It is important that you write down your order number, name, e-mail, and reason for the return.
3– Print out the return-shipping label received after contacting us by mail. Place the return-shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
4– Contact DHL when this is done and schedule a pick-up suitable for you. This is done by phone at +47 21 00 22 00. They will ask for an identification number regarding Camilla Pihl and this is 921 440 588. The return will be traceable and insured until it has reached our distribution center.
5– If your return is accepted upon arrival at our distribution center, your return will be handled/refunded within 14 days from the time of arrival. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of damage and must have the original label attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please follow the steps to make a return, and then place a new order of your desired product/size and we will ship this to you while your return/refund is being processed. To get free shipping on your new order simply contact [email protected] and we will help you.
Please note that for environmental reasons we only offer free exchange once per customer.
Please note the following:
- We offer one free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping or duty costs for the return.
- We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you

We do not offer free returns during the sales period. And a shipping fee of 99,- NOK (Within Norway) or 25 EURO (International) will be added to your invoice. Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above except for free return applies also during sale periods.
If the item you have received is faulty on arrival or any problems occur with the product, please contact our customer care service by e-mail; [email protected] Please include your order number, photo, and description of the problem/faulty.
Please note the following:
- If your item is faulty on arrival and you don’t contact us before returning the item, the item might be received as in an unsuitable condition. Please read the important information section below.
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and kindly ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes must be returned with the original shoe box). Any perfume, make-up, or deodorant stains on the product will mean that we cannot accept the return.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds. Including:
Swimwear, if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
